A federal grand jury in Nevada has indicted an ex-felon from Utah on charges related to an armed car-jacking in Sparks last month that triggered a multi-state search for a missing 8-year-old girl.

The Justice Department says a Utah man was sentenced to 192 months in federal prison for an armed carjacking in a Sparks casino parking garage last year.
