The Nevada System of Higher Education,  BCN Surplus will have free tables and chairs for non-profits. On Friday, August 19 from 8am to 10am at 475 Edison Way non-profits wile be able to pick up tables and chairs. NSHE says that you need to bring you 501c and letterhead to receive the furniture.
