Shohei Ohtani isn't sure about the extent of his injuries that kept him off the mound after the All-Star break and landed him on the injured list recently. He plans to address them in the offseason. Ohtani says he's feeling better going into the National League Division Series opener against Atlanta on Saturday. The Braves' rotation is strained and they'll likely add some pitchers to their NLDS roster after ruling out starters Martín Pérez and Bryce Elder. Game 1 will be played during the day in Los Angeles, which is under an extreme heat warning. Saturday's high temperature is forecast to hit 100 degrees. The average high for early October is 81 degrees.
