By now, you probably know about the controversy surrounding former Nevada quarterback and current San Francisco quarterback Colin Kaepernick. Former Nevada Coach Chris Ault told Channel 2 News it it could have been done in a different way.  "I just feel that the platform used to deliver his message was not the best."

Local businessman Glenn Carano played seven seasons as a quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys, and was a star football player at UNLV. But he got his start in Reno at Wooster High School. This week he's being inducted into the Southern Nevada Sports Hall of Fame.
