Recently the Reno Police Department has had several reports and numerous calls for service related to juvenile problems at the Diamond Creek Apartments on South Meadows Parkway. Officer Colleen Guilford, who is a Community Action Officer looked at the problem and discovered many of the calls were not criminal in nature; but were calls related to the juveniles who were bored and getting in trouble.
