The Supreme Court has ruled that the Trump administration can deport some people seeking asylum without allowing them to make their case to a federal judge.

A bill aimed at protecting thousands of Venezuelans living in the United States from deportation is stalling for a second time on the Senate floor.

The Trump administration is expanding the authority of immigration officers to deport migrants without requiring them to appear before judges ahead of deportation. 

On Saturday President Trump tweeted out that at the request of Democrats, he will be delaying the Illegal Immigration Removal Process.

Lawyers say they've exhausted efforts to slow down or suspend the deportation of Iraqi nationals from the U.S. after a court refused to set aside a decision from one of its three-judge panels.

House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi is rejecting the idea of paying for President Trump's border wall in exchange for a deal to help hundreds of thousands of young immigrants avoid deportation.  

A federal judge has temporarily halted deportations of families who have been recently reunited after they were separated by the Trump administration. 

The husband and father of four was deported after his six month stay of deportation was up. Community activists tried last ditch efforts to stop it, but were unsuccessful.
