A dozen leaders of a California-based ministry have been charged with using homeless people as forced labor, holding them in locked group homes and making them panhandle up to nine hours a day, six days a week.

Colorado has become the first state to put a cap on rising insulin prices. According to CBS News insulin prices have more than doubled since 2013. Colorado is now capping co-payments for diabetics with private insurance at $100 per month.
