The Reno Aces offense exploded for eight runs, on 13 hits, and five home runs Wednesday night. 

The Aces road trip to Salt Lake City, Utah got off to a rocky start, falling 9 to 6 on Friday night. The Aces out-hit Salt Lake 12-11, but could not overcome a four-run fifth inning. Bradin Hagens got the start tonight for Reno and tossed 4.2 innings allowing eight runs on seven hits. 

 The Reno Aces had everything clicking in Friday night’s 9-7 victory over the Albuquerque Isotopes.

The Aces continued to stay hot, winning their fifth game in a row, improving to 13-18. Reno has officially taken the series from the Tacoma Rainers, winning today’s contest, 5-1. The Aces were led by Bradin Hagens, who pitched five innings, allowing one run on three hits and striking out four. 

The Reno Aces lost a nail biter Sunday afternoon in Sacramento, falling 7-6 in walk-off fashion. With Stefan Crichton on the mound in the bottom of the 9th inning, Eury Perez singled home Madison Younginer to win the ballgame. The loss moves Reno to a record of 7-17 heading into a four-game series in El Paso starting tomorrow. 

Evan Marzilli returned to the Aces starting lineup with a bang, finishing Saturday night 3-for-5 with a home run, three runs scored and three RBI. Behind Marzilli, the Aces defeated the Sacramento River Cats by a score of 10-7.

The Aces reclaimed first place position after taking a combined seven-hit game one by a score of 4-1 over the Fresno Grizzlies Saturday night at Greater Nevada Field led by strong pitching and clutch offense. Christian Walker highlighted the night with his record-breaking 31st home run to claim the title of franchise single-season leader in the category.
