Every year Rotary International sends students all over the world as part of their Youth Exchange Program. It was canceled this year due to the pandemic, but they're taking applications for next year.

Have you ever thought about hosting a foreign exchange student? Every year local Rotary Clubs bring students from all over the world to Northern Nevada and they're always looking for families to host these students here.  

California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) student Nohemi Gonzalez, 23, was killed during the attacks in and around Paris on November 13. 

McQueen High School is always a hub bub of activity. And these days if you listen to the chatter in the hallways you just may hear Ukrainian in the mix. Two Ukrainian students have joined that student body for the year as part of the schools new Global Studies program.
