A dozen leaders of a California-based ministry have been charged with using homeless people as forced labor, holding them in locked group homes and making them panhandle up to nine hours a day, six days a week.

The Sparks Police Department says a 27-year-old man who went missing from his group home on Sunday morning was found safe on Monday.

Reno police say Dummer has been found healthy and safe. She has been returned to her group home Friday morning. 

Police officers need your help finding an endangered man, last seen in Sparks on May 18th.

Nevada public health officials will begin conducting independent inspections of group homes that serve the mentally ill.

Sparks Police say they have located a woman that was reported missing on Monday night.
