Today is Melanoma Monday and we're talking about this dangerous form of skin cancer in tonight's Ask the Doctor segment.
It may not feel like it this week but summer is fast approaching. And that means the toughest time of year for your skin.
It's Melanoma Monday, a national campaign to raise awareness about the rarest but also the deadliest form of skin cancer. About 450 Nevadans will be diagnosed with melanoma this year alone. Of those, 70 will die from the disease.
