Nevada Highway Patrol says a 20-year-old Sparks man died in a rollover crash on Pyramid Highway and Egyptian Drive earlier this month.

Mazda is recalling more than 262,000 SUVs and cars in the U.S. to fix a software problem that could cause the engines to stall unexpectedly. 

U.S. safety regulators are investigating reports that side curtain air bags can inflate for no reason on some Mazda CX-9 large SUVs.

A Reno family is asking the public for help in finding their son, who went missing on Friday, August 31st.  

Ford and Mazda are recalling more than 380,000 older small pickup trucks for a second time to replace Takata air bag inflators that can explode and hurl shrapnel.

Police say a pickup truck, driven by Connor Piggetto, approached a right-hand curve and allowed his truck to cross over the solid yellow lines and then hit a Mazda head on. Both the driver and the passenger in the Mazda suffered fatal injuries. 

The California Highway Patrol says two people from Northern Nevada are dead after a head-on crash on U.S. Highway 395 near Bodie on Wednesday.

The Nevada Highway Patrol says there was a three-car crash that sent two people to the hospital early Thursday morning.
