Two Sparks women have been arrested by the Nevada Attorney General's Office accused of defrauding the state Medicaid program.According to court records obtained by Channel 2 News, 39-year-old Candia Tolbert and 43-year-old Tanja Ford are accused of filing false Medicaid claims to the state and then keeping the money.
