Many people have been anticipating the opening of Nordstrom Rack in Reno and it finally opened Thursday.  This new store is not only bringing excitement to shoppers, but it's also helping nearby businesses. 

Thursday morning, the Nordstrom Rack in Reno opened its doors for business.

Seattle-based Nordstrom Inc. says it plans to open a Nordstrom Rack at Redfield Promenade in south Reno next spring.
