The Big Ten says game officials made an error on Oregon's 2-point conversion attempt against UCLA on Saturday. After a facemask penalty on UCLA, officials mistakenly spotted the ball 1.5 yards from the goal line. The ball should have been placed half a yard from the goal line. UCLA's defense stopped Oregon's second attempt, and the Ducks lost 17-15. The loss dropped Oregon out of the AP Top 25. The Big Ten says it will address the error with its officiating team to ensure consistent application of the rules.
