Tarik Skubal struck out 11 to earn his first win as a Dodger. Los Angeles rallied to beat the Pittsburgh Pirates 4-3. The NL West leaders have now won five in a row and nine of their last 12 games. After trailing 3-0 in the first, Skubal settled down, allowing three runs and five hits in seven innings. Kyle Tucker singled in the tying and go-ahead runs in the fifth to snap an 0 for 25 skid at home. The Pirates had a chance to tie in the eighth, but reliever Jack Dreyer ended the threat with a strikeout. Tanner Scott retired the side in the ninth to earn his 19th save.

Tommy Edman singled in the winning run with two strikes, lifting the Los Angeles Dodgers over the Pittsburgh Pirates 5-4 in 10 innings. Edman's line drive scored Kiké Hernández from third, keeping the Dodgers undefeated in extra innings this season. Evan Phillips got the win with one inning of relief. The Dodgers have won four in a row for the first time since July and have taken eight of their last 11 games. Pittsburgh's Oneil Cruz tied the game with a two-run homer in the eighth. Dodgers starter Yoshinobu Yamamoto struck out nine and allowed two runs over six innings.
