Pennsylvania's most famous groundhog has revealed an early spring is on the way.

Prosecutors and lawyers for the man charged with killing 11 worshippers at a Pittsburgh synagogue last year have agreed to a 120-day extension in the case.

Authorities are investigating the dissemination of anti-Semitic pamphlets in Pittsburgh neighborhoods, including the one in which a gunman killed 11 people in a synagogue in October.

A public Menorah lighting will be held outside a Pittsburgh synagogue where 11 people were killed during a mass shooting in October. The ceremony at the Tree of Life synagogue is scheduled to start at 6 p.m. Sunday. 

President Donald Trump is set to travel to the historic hub of Pittsburgh's Jewish community as the first funerals are to be held for the 11 victims of the weekend's synagogue shooting. 

Here in Reno, one local synagogue has dealt with acts of vandalism and hate speech recently. These types of crimes, along with shootings like the one in Pittsburgh, have forced congregations to implement security measures over the years.
