Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says Russia is still striking Ukraine's energy facilities despite U.S. President Donald Trump's claim of an energy ceasefire. Speaking at the Warsaw Security Forum in Poland on Monday, Zelenskyy said he is willing to honor the agreement if Russia does, but said that following Trump's statement Russia struck energy facilities including a power plant in the northeastern city of Kharkiv, a gas production facility and a civilian gas station. The European Union's top diplomat is skeptical of the ceasefire, noting there are no signs that Russia will respect it. Meanwhile, a Russian drone attack on Sunday in Kharkiv killed three people and injured nine others. Ukrainian air defense forces intercepted 89 Russian drones overnight into Monday.
