Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Monday told diplomats that Ukraine is using long-range strike drones to hit targets deep inside Russia in an effort to push Russian President Vladimir Putin into seeking a peace settlement later this year. Ukrainian drones struck targets including a major warehouse and oil refinery in Russia.
