Two Las Vegas men involved in a $14 million telemarketing fraud scheme targeting small business owners pleaded guilty in federal court on Tuesday. Mark Bausch, 43 and Alan Rodrigues, 59, each pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, one count of wire fraud and one count of money laundering.
