Just days after Seattle’s mayor and police chief promised a month-long moratorium on using a type of tear gas to disperse protesters, the department used it again during an overnight demonstration.

The Seattle Police Department says two men who investigators say were involved in a downtown Seattle shooting that killed one person and injured seven others were arrested Saturday.

The U.S. Marshals Service says a man wanted out of Seattle was arrested Thursday in south Reno.
