Wednesday was an exciting day for downtown Reno, as the city welcomed its first branded, non-gaming hotel. It will replace the old Siena Hotel, which the new manager tells us was such a popular spot, his team was approached by every major hotel brand. 

Police say they arrested one man for trespassing during a demonstration near the Siena Hotel in downtown Reno early Tuesday morning.

With the Siena Hotel being sold this past November, the business is busily emptying out the building as it prepares to hand over the keys to the new owners.
