Two other men involved in the project pleaded guilty to federal charges and were sentenced to prison.
Bannon has pleaded not guilty to charges including conspiracy and money laundering in the case.
Bannon reported to the prison July 1 after the Supreme Court rejected his bid to delay the prison sentence while he appealed his conviction.

Bannon was convicted in July of two counts of contempt of Congress.
Two other men involved in the “We Build the Wall” project pleaded guilty in April.
Bannon is charged in Washington’s federal court with defying a subpoena from the Jan. 6 committee that sought his records and testimony.
He is expected to appear in court in Washington later Friday.
The 67-year-old was indicted on Friday on two counts of criminal contempt.
