The tracking device was on Schieve’s car for at least several weeks and on Hartung’s car for several months, their lawsuit says.

All of the states the DOJ subpoenaed are key battlegrounds that Trump and his allies targeted as they tried to overturn the election.

It remains unclear how Trump and his legal team will respond to the subpoena, if at all.

Bannon was convicted in July of two counts of contempt of Congress. 

He is expected to appear in court in Washington later Friday.

A New York state appeals court has ruled former President Donald Trump must answer questions under oath in the state’s civil investigation.

House investigators have issued subpoenas to House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy and four other GOP lawmakers.

James' office asked for the contempt finding after Trump failed to meet a court-ordered March 31 deadline to turn over subpoenaed material. 

The panel subpoenaed the former Trump adviser in November along with Steve Bannon and former press secretary Kayleigh McEnany.

The panel will meet Monday night to discuss whether to hold the two allies of the former president in contempt of Congress.
