The Better Business Bureau (BBB) released a new report about sweepstakes, lottery and prize scams that could be devastating should someone buy into it. The frauds target seniors mostly, through direct mail, cold calling, social media and even text messages and smartphone pop-ups.

Nevada Attorney General Adam Laxalt’s Office is warning the public about a phone scam that appears to be sponsored by Make-A-Wish Foundation. 

If you've ever become the victim of a scam, you may end up on what's called a "sucker list." The list is created by con artists overseas and make billions of dollars scamming consumers worldwide.
