The Aces dropped game one to the Oklahoma City Dodgers by a score of 12-9. Ildemaro Vargas extended his hit-streak to 31 games, tying the franchise-best mark. Vargas’ single brought him even with former Ace Jake Elmore, who reached the 31-game mark in 2012. 

Reno took the final game of the four-game set against the Rainiers tonight by a score of 5-3. Neftali Feliz tossed a gem, allowing one run on four hits over six innings of work. Socrates Brito and Cody Decker led the power charge with back-to-back jacks in the sixth inning and Ildemaro Vargas had a career-best five hits.

The Reno Aces won for the second consecutive time over the Tacoma Rainiers after a wild offensive frenzy at Cheney Park in Washington. Despite five errors on the Aces defense, the offense was able to pick up the victory, led by the top two in the lineup, Ildemaro Vargas and Ketel Marte, who combined for eight RBI on the night.
