Warner Bros. is in the middle of a bidding war between Paramount and Netflix.
Paramount went hostile with its bid last week, asking shareholders to reject the deal with Netflix favored by the board of Warner Bros.
Paramount is making a hostile bid for Warner Bros. Discovery just days after Netflix reached a $72 billion deal with the company.
The cash and stock deal is valued at $27.75 per Warner share, giving it a total enterprise value of approximately $82.7 billion.
