It is being opened by the owners of R Town Pizza and will serve New York style pizza.

Dough.Cheese.Sauce

The owners of R Town Pizza plan to open a new restaurant in Midtown on Monday, March 30th.

It’s called Dough.Cheese.Sauce and is located at 600 S. Sierra Street right next to Press Start Arcade & Bar.

The owners say it will offer New York-style pizza which is a different style from the pizza offered at R Town.

The restaurant will have the same hours as Press Start, which will be connected to it:

  • 4:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. Sundays-Thursdays

  • 4:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. on Fridays

  • noon to 1:00 a.m. on Saturdays

They’re still working on refining their menu and will be selling pizzas on Monday but plan to expand it in the future.
