The Reno Fire Department quickly put out two mobile home fires near Midtown on Monday evening.

It happened in the area of Linden Street and Wrondel Way. around 4 p.m.

Firefighters arrived to find the two mobile homes on fire, with three other buildings nearby threatened by the blaze.

The fires were quickly extinguished, with firefighters saving anything else in the area from catching fire.

Both mobile homes are no longer habitable, and the Red Cross is working to help the people who lived in them.

A power outage in the area was connected to the fire; but power has since been restored.

Nobody was injured, and the cause of the fires is under investigation.
