The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public's assistance in locating a missing teenager.
Domennick Steepe ran away from the China Springs Youth Camp in Gardnerville last month, according to a Facebook post from the Douglas County Sheriff's Office.
He was last seen walking north from the facility on the evening hours of August 22, wearing a white or teal t-shirt, gray sweatpants and boots.
He was under court order to be at the facility and left prior to his program completion.
Steepe has ties to Dayton and Lyon County and could possibly be in that area.
Steepe has an active warrant for probation violation out of the Third Judicial Court of Nevada in Lyon County.
