Thursday marks the start of the Street Vibrations Fall Rally.
The weather is going to be nice the next few days, which a lot of riders are excited about.
A couple riders we spoke with earlier say they came in from Hawaii, because they did not want to miss out on this event.
"It's fun to see all of the booths here and all of the motorcycle gear and then go for great rides right. This is one of the best places in the world to ride with Virginia City, the Sierra Mountains and having a great time on the bikes, it's a wonderful place," said Russ Johnson.
Event organizers expect over 5,000 motorcycle riders to come into town, and over 35,000 people to visit the event.
Attending Street Vibrations is free, and there is lots of shopping, live music, food and drinks, and even a brand-new aerial and ground stunt show.
Riders will also be all over town to take part in poker runs and see some other areas such as Carson City and Virginia City.
The event will run from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. until Saturday night, and from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday.
As a reminder, there will be lots of motorcycle riders in the area, so be extra cautious on the roads.
