Around 7 a.m. on Friday. Truckee Meadows Fire & Rescue made an interior attack and knocked down a structure fire in Cold Springs on Papa Bear Circle.
Crews were able to contain the fire to two rooms.
The sole resident escaped with no injuries and will be displaced.
The fire is currently under investigation.
