Accessory dwelling units will soon be allowed across Reno
After neighbors had expressed their concerns with the removal of a 28-day minimum stay requirement back in September, the city council did not want this requirement to apply only to ADUs.

The vote passed unanimously and allows ADUs to be built anywhere in Reno if they follow set guidelines.
