Judge delays former President Donald Trump’s sentencing in hush money case until after November election
Judge Juan Merchan wrote that we will sentence the former president on November 26.

It had been scheduled for Sept. 18, about seven weeks before Election Day.
A jury convicted Trump in May of falsifying business records related to a $130,000 hush money payment to porn actor Stormy Daniels.
The hush money case was the only one of Trump’s four criminal indictments to go to trial.
