California authorities say DNA in two 1978 killings in Sacramento led to the arrest of a man suspected of being a serial killer tied to dozens of slayings and sexual assaults in the 1970s and '80s.
A judge has ruled authorities can collect DNA, fingerprints and body photos of the man suspected of being California's Golden State Killer.Â
A decision hasn't been made on whether details about warrants used to arrest the suspected Golden State Killer will be made public.
