Douglas County Sheriff's Deputies say a Carson City man died in a car crash in the Pinenut Mountains late Monday night.
Deputies say they found the crash site based on GPS coordinates and telephone pinging.
Deputies say 29-year-old Elliot Jones died in the crash.
Authorities say two other people suffered minor injuries.
Douglas County Sheriff's Office is still investigating the crash.
They say the cause of the crash appears to be alcohol-related.
