Nevada Highway Patrol says there is a crash on I-580 near the Moana exit.
NHP says the crash happened at about 4 pm and has involved a three vehicles including a cement truck.
They say a vehicle is straddling the median and is leaking fluids.
The cement truck blew a tire while traveling southbound forcing it to cross over into the northbound lanes crashing into two vehicles.
Reno Fire Department, REMSA, NDOT, NHP are all on scene.
NHP says the northbound lanes are blocked and the southbound lanes are now open. Expect delays and please avoid the area.
A passenger in one of the vehicles was taken to the hospital as a precaution, but no major injuries have been reported.
