Crews say an electrical charger likely started Tuesday's fire near Golden Valley Road north of Reno. They also say the fire was an accident.

The metal shed fire was first reported just before 11:45 a.m. in the area of Teepee Lane and Sun Cloud Circle.

Firefighters say the fire took almost 40 minutes to put it out.

"It was a very difficult fire to fight because of the uniqueness of this particular structure, and all of the items and materials that were inside," says Adam Mayberry, PIO, Truckee Meadows Fire Protection District.

The fire destroyed most of the items inside the metal structure, and even required crews to run a half mile of hose to get water on the flames.

No injuries were reported.

TMFPD crews responded to the fire along with Reno and Sparks Fire Departments and the Washoe County Sheriff's Office.Â
