Downtown Reno Roads to Close Wednesday for Sculpture Fest

A few downtown Reno streets will close this Wednesday ahead of this weekend’s Reno Sculpture Fest. 

Vehicle street closures will be in effect from Wednesday, May 4th, 2016 starting at 10:00AM through until Monday, May 9th, 2016 at 6:00PM. It will include portions of N. Virginia Street between Second Street to Fourth Street, as well as Commercial Row from Virginia Street to Center Street. 

Access to parking in the area will not be affected. 

    

The 3-day festival event kicks off with opening ceremonies on May 6th at 4:00pm under the historic Reno Arch and will conclude on May 8th at 6pm. Late-night after-parties are scheduled at nearby clubs surrounding the festival site. Activities will take place across 12-city blocks near the ReTRAC Plaza, located at 301 N. Virginia Street.
