Eldorado Resorts is buying Caesars in a cash-and-stock deal valued at $17.3 billion, creating a casino giant.
Casino company Eldorado Resorts Inc. says it is selling two of its 26Â properties and will use the proceeds to help it buy Caesars Entertainment Corp.Â
Eldorado Resorts Inc. on Tuesday reported second-quarter net income of $18.9 million. The Reno-based company said it had net income of 24 cents per share.
