The Storey County Fire Protection District along with Truckee Meadows Fire & Rescue are mopping up a fire off of exit 38 near Canal Road.
Officials say the fire resulted in the total loss of at least one mobile home.
They say the wildland fire spread was stopped at 1/4 an acre.
Officials say there are no known injuries at this time.
They say the cause is under investigation.
