The Food Bank of Northern Nevada announced that they will hold a special Mobile Harvest distribution today from 1-3 p.m. in the parking lot of Baldini's Sports Casino at 865 S Rock Blvd, Sparks, NV 89431.
This distribution aims to assist families in need while raising awareness for the program as a whole.
Anyone in need of food assistance is welcome to attend.
The distribution will include free fresh fruits and vegetables along with some shelf stable foods.
People who are attending the distribution are asked not to arrive before 2 p.m.
