The City of Sparks has chosen Geno Martini for mayor in every election since 2006Â and Monday the Reno Gazette-Journal recognized him as its "Citizen of the Year."
Geno played in an instrumental role in developing projects such as Golden Eagle Regional Park and Downtown Sparks at Victorian Square.
