One woman is in custody after a hit and run crash in Midtown Reno on Friday night.
Police say that around 10 p.m. they responded tot the crash at the intersection of South Virginia and Pueblo where the vehicle left the scene.
RPD says that a few minutes later, with the help of witnesses in the area, the vehicle and driver were located within a few blocks attempting to hide from police.Â
Officers say the pedestrian appeared to be crossing in the crosswalk and had to be transported to the hospital with unknown injuries.Â
30 year-old Pamela Anderson was charged with driving under the influence, failure to stop for a pedestrian in a crosswalk and failing to stop at the scene of an accident.
