Hobbico, Inc., has announced the closure of their Reno store.
The company is a manufacturer and distributor of hobby products including radio control airplanes, boats, cars, helicopters, multirotors and drones.
The company said this in a following statement:
“Hobbico, Inc. today announced that it will close its West Coast Distribution Facility in Reno, Nevada on February 28, 2018, and it will consolidate shipping efforts into its central warehousing facility in Champaign, Illinois. This decision did not come lightly. We deeply regret the impact this will have on affected employees and we are committed to supporting them during this transition."
They tell us the closure was announced to employees on January 4th, 2018.
