Hostess Brands is recalling 710,000 cases of some of their most popular products nationwide because they may contain undeclared peanut residue.
These recalled items include Ding Dongs, Zingers, Chocodiles and chocolate and powdered donuts. Â

Individuals who suffer from peanut allergy or severe sensitivity can risk a life-threatening allergic reaction if they eat one of the Hostess products, however Hostess believes the amount of peanut residue in the flour is thought to be low.
Anyone who has purchased an affected product and who has a sensitivity or allergy to peanuts is encouraged to discard it or return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
