Hot August Nights Announces New Event in Virginia City

The Virginia City Community Chest project is complete after 20 years. The new community center has new computers, a room for performances and a library, making it a one-stop shop for residents. Community Chest is a non-profit that provides a diverse range of services including counseling, family advocacy, youth enrichment programs, and employment placement assistance.
In advance of the 29th annual Hot August Nights main event, officials have announced that Virginia City will be the host venue for the 2015 official kickoff location with nightly cruises, a celebrity Show-n-Shine, poker run and free live entertainment.
