India Kabab and Curry Restaurant is hosting a free food drive amid the pandemic.
Officials say anyone who is need of food, is welcome to attend. All you have to do is drive to the restaurant, at 1091 S. Virginia St. between noon and 3 p.m. to receive a free food box.
During their last free food drive, restaurant officials say they received a lot of questions asking if they were accepting donations. They say the restaurant is open for curbside pickups and deliveries and all profits are going toward this food drive.
"During this hard time business is not about profits, Its about survival and India Kabab & Curry is ready to contribute in this survival struggle. It is a war against Corona Virus and We can't win this war with an empty stomach. We will continue to do these free food drives till the times we can," said Bishan Singh, India Kabab and Curry owner.
