The Nevada Department of Corrections (NDOC) says that an inmate died on Tuesday afternoon, October 4, 2016 at Valley Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada.
James Delwin Thomas, a 52-year-old male, was an inmate at the High Desert State Prison and was committed from Clark County on June 16, 2014. He was serving 22–96 months for Burglary. Â
The Clark County coroner responded and an autopsy is being scheduled.
