A federal judge announced Ammon Bundy, Cliven Bundy and co-defendant Ryan Payne could all be released on house arrest while awaiting trial for a 2014 standoff with federal agents in southern Nevada.
"We've suffered for two years trying to tell the world that what happened there is not what the government has been saying happened," said Ammon Bundy, "and we're going to continue to show that in the courtroom - that what we did was right. That what we did was according to our rights. And uh, more Americans need to do the same thing."
Ammon Bundy walked out of a federal courthouse after being behind bars for nearly two years, but Cliven Bundy refused the offer to be released. The Trial will resume on December 11.
